Home Delivery

La Fromagerie SF offers local delivery with the following terms:

  • San Francisco: Delivery fee $4.99 (minimum order $49.99)

  • South Bay: Delivery fee $19.99 (minimum order $69.99)

  • East Bay: Delivery fee $19.99 (minimum order $249.99)

Cut-off time: 4:00 PM for next-day delivery.
Delivery hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the package at your doorstep if it is deemed safe. If delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to our Dogpatch location (2425 3rd Street, San Francisco) for pickup at your earliest convenience.

Corporate Delivery

For larger or recurring corporate orders, please visit our Corporate Delivery page.

  • Delivery windows: 30-minute slots between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

  • Cut-off time: 4:00 PM for next-day delivery

Delivery fees & minimums:

  • San Francisco & South San Francisco – $29.99 delivery fee (minimum $149.99)

  • Peninsula & South Bay – $39.99 delivery fee (minimum $149.99)

  • East Bay – $39.99 delivery fee (minimum $499.99)

Shipping

We ship our curated gift boxes Monday through Thursday.
Shipping options and rates:

  • Within California: $19.99 via UPS Ground (1 business day)

  • Out-of-state: $29.99 via UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

⚠️ Please note: We are unable to ship alcoholic products outside of California.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total order value.
